Complaint Policy for Drilling Contractor magazine

Drilling Contractor and dev4.iadc.org strive to ensure that its content is accurate. However, DC cannot warranty the accuracy of the information it publishes. Should a reader have a complaint about anything contained in DC or on dev4.iadc.org, we wish to make every effort to resolve the complaint fairly and with dispatch. The following procedure is designed to ensure fair and rapid response:

Within 30 days of receipt of the complaint DC management will respond to the complainant. DC management will determine if the complaint is justified and take appropriate action, whether in the form of a notice of correction in the magazine, on the website, or both, or through some other means.
