Baker Hughes Cytadel packer provides extra pressure barrier

Mark Knebel, Product Line Manager for Baker Hughes’ Wellbore Integrity and Specialty Services, introduces the Cytadel packer in this exclusive video with DC. The packer, launched last week at the 2014 OTC in Houston, has been deployed on two wells offshore Sakhalin Island, where fluid loss to the formation during cementing operations is an ongoing issue. Watch the video to learn more about the packer’s design and application.
