Center for Offshore Safety provides backbone to support safer practices

Charlie Williams, executive director of the Center for Offshore Safety (COS), talks about the industry’s efforts to enhance safety and how to maintain its license to drill with Drilling Contractor editorial coordinator Joanne Liou at the IADC World Drilling 2012 Conference in Barcelona, Spain, on 13 June. COS provides a platform for cooperation and collaboration among the industry, government and other stakeholders operating in deepwater US Continental Shelf.
