Shelf Drilling secures new contract for jackup offshore Vietnam

Shelf Drilling was awarded a contract for the Shelf Drilling Perseverance jackup with PetroVietnam Domestic Exploration Production Operating Company (PVEP POC). The rig will commence mobilization to Southeast Asia, and operations with PVEP POC in Vietnam are set for Q3 2024.

The firm term of the contract is 16 months, with a total estimated value of approximately $73 million.
