Exclusive video: Overcoming the plateau in safety performance

More effective leadership will help the industry move beyond plateaued safety performance, Joe White, senior consultant for DuPont Sustainable Solutions, explained in an exclusive interview with Drilling Contractor associate editor Joanne Liou. Mr White recently spoke at the IADC HSE & Training Conference about integrating social and cognitive science to motivate an individual’s values and behaviors.
