Vivek Bhatnagar, director of Phillip Townsend Associates, speaks with DC publisher/editor Mike Killalea at the 2012 IADC Drilling HSE Europe Conference & Exhibition, 26-27 September in Amsterdam, to try and define process safety, discuss whether process safety can be measured, and why it might not be a suitable function for the HSE department.

Mr Bhatnagar also debunks six myths of process safety in the September/October 2012 issue of DC.
