Expro announces two appointments for executive management

Expro has announced the appointments of two key executive management roles.

Current Executive Vice President, Alistair Geddes, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) with immediate effect. Mr Geddes has been with Expro for six years, having previously fulfilled leadership roles with Weatherford, BG Group and ExxonMobil.

Keith Palmer has been promoted to Executive Vice President – Product Lines and will be responsible for Expro’s product lines, technology and group engineering. Mr Palmer has worked at Expro for over 13 years, previously leading the company’s North America and ECIS regions, before assuming responsibility as the President of Asia Pacific region.

“I look forward to working with both Alistair and Keith in their new roles within Expro, as we continue to enhance our support for our customers and operations,” Mike Jardon, Expro CEO, said.

“The changes strengthen the executive management team as we continue to invest in innovative solutions, develop new technologies, and meet the increasing global demand for our services. Both Alistair and Keith hold a wealth of experience and knowledge of both our industry and the company, which will be invaluable as we focus on the continued growth of our business” Mr Jardon said.

Both Mr Geddes and Mr Palmer will be based in Aberdeen, UK.
